Why Quit Your Job?

  1. You applied for the job because of the big money they offered and not because you interested in it.

  7. There is better offer available somewhere else.
  8. Your heart told you so and you start to hear it more frequent.

Sajak Buat Isteri

SLEEPLESS NIGHT

It's been a lonely night,

so long and alone,

drifting away from the time,

my mind slipped into our memories,

so vivid I can see your face,

touch your skin feel your warmth breathe,

love me true love me tender,

for the night is cold as never been before,

and only 3 words will do justice for all,

saying 'I Miss You' is what I crave for.

IRAMA RINDU

Dalam keheningan malam,

jiwaku mendendang satu alunan,

irama rindu kasih dan sayang,

yang sebati bersama suara hati,

dalam kejauhan ini baru ku sedari,

bahawa kasihmu amat bererti,

dan kini kusedari,

betapa sunyi betapa sepi,

tanpa suaramu di sisi,

tanpa cintamu yang menghiasi,

kasih percayalah.

setiap nafas yang terhembus,

ku abadikan untukmu dengan hati yang tulus,

setiap nafas yang terhela,

ku sematkan bibit2 cinta,

malam in ku rasa syahdu,

tapi apakan daya hanya satu yang ku mampu,

ku selingkan irama rindu,

sementara menanti masa berlalu.....

HANYA SATU

Semangatku kuat walau kau jauh,

kerana ku tahu cintamu utuh,

hatiku kental walau kau di sana,

kerana ku tahu rindumu membara,

jiwaku padu walau kau tiada di sisiku,

kerana ku tahu kasihmu masih lagi padaku,

namun sayangku,

semuanya hampa dan sia sia,

sekiranya cinta yang kita semai bersama,

di mamah api amarah dan nafsu serakah,

aku rela kehilangan segalanya,

tapi hanya satu yang ku tak mampu,

bila kasihmu tidak lagi padaku.....

Buat Isteriku yang kini berada di Pasir Mas, Kelate.

p/s: really miss you...

Are You Satisfy With Your Current Job?

If the answer is yes, well congratulation, you are on the right track in building up your reputation and successful life. The problem however arises if your answer is vice versa.

Not to worry though..... you are not alone if you are facing this dilemma. Instead it is commonly happened to most of us. Just dig deeper into successful people's life that you know and you will notice somehow in the middle of it, they had changed their job several times before they found one that really fit their interest. The main thing here is, it doesn't matter where you are starting from. The most important question is, where are you heading afterward... As my senior said,' we are not a tree, stuck to one place. We have the options where we want to go and it's really up to us where want to be.'

To have a better view with what I'm saying, compare your performance with your colleague. If your performance is hovering between satisfactory and normal, I would like to recommend you to go through your life's objective and things that really turn your spirit on once again. This time listen to you heart carefully..... After you have finished with that retrospective insight, ask yourself, did the current job you are doing offer the same thing that your heart is telling you. I bet you know what to do if the answer is not to your favour; go out there and find your dream's job.

Don't be afraid to venture into new environment. As long as it is coincide with your talent, interest and dream, go for it... Of course there are always a challenges, obstacles and hindrances in your career's path but if you really listen to your heart before, then they are all just an opportunities in disguise..... Just keep it going and you will find your place in this world real soon. Follow your heart, let your wit guide you and believe in your dream. Otherwise, just be content with your current job and and stop whining. It's really yours to choose......

Are u really listening.....?

One thing I always said to myself, 'Why I'm not listening to my self before'. By that time, the damage is already done... Several big occasions in my life happened not to my favor because of my lack in listening to my heart, follow my gut, trust my instinct etc.

I don't know how far I can trust my intuition.... but to a certain degree it work well especially when I'm really listening to it... It give me something to look up for, a sign, a warning. It helps me to be cautious and alert.

You may not realise it at first or simply ignore that little voice because of the environment noises that circling around you. But at night, when the wind is colder, the light become darker and your brain at its minimum input, the voice may surface again. This time a little harder. Trying their best to notify you their existence.

Give your little voice a chance and see it develop into some kind of sign that will benefit you in your decision making. Other than facts and physical materials that surrounding you, there lie a more subtle and delicate entities that beyond our physical comprehension. You don't see it, you don't hear it but you just know it.

I know I made a right decision in my life when it coincides with my inner voice. When thing turn out to be to my disadvantages, I don't feel guilty or sorry about it. I let God do the final decision....

Melayu Bungaku Melayu

Melayu bungaku melayu,

kembang tak mahu menguncup selalu,

hidup segan matipun tak mahu,

Melayu bungaku melayu,

bangkit dan mekarlah,

bukalah kelopakmu dan lihatlah mentari,

jadilah jambangan bunga yang berseri,

yang menjadi kalungan leher sang menteri,

bukan bunga sepi yang menghiasi pusara sang mati,

Melayu bungaku melayu,

kembang dan suburlah,

tanahmu penuh dengan baja, bumimu bertuah tanpa sengketa,

lihatlah bunga lain disekitarmu,

Melayu bungaku melayu,

kusiram kubaja sepanjang waktu,

agar nanti boleh ku berkata,

bunga yang mekar dan subur itu,

aku yang punya da...

Angkara Palau Pt 2

Brother ni aku jumpa kat simpang estet pagi2 lg. Aku ingatkan dah arwah tapi rupa2nya sedang nyenyak di buai mimpi. Aku kejut pun bukan main liat lagi nak buka mata. Last2 aku biar je. Ni la kalau dah palau.... Cakap pun x guna... Hujung2 orang lain yang jadi mangsa. Kalau korang driving kat sini kena hati2... Well, that's the real facts. Member aku pernah terlanggar orang baring di tengah jalan. Dia pun X sedar sangat, sebab dia pun palau juga. Ngam la, palau sama palau. So, kalau nak ikutkan statistik kemalangan kat sini memang at the higher side tapi nak buat camne, orang kat sini semua terer2.....

MAKSUD A'KUM

Maksud singkatan " A'kum"

Assalamu'alaikum

THIS MESSAGE IS SENT TO ME BY E-MAIL. TQ.

ANGKARA PALAU (MABUK)

Baru2 ni masa aku on d way ke Sibu dari estet, aku terserempak dgn satu kemalangan. 2 hilux bertembung sesama sendiri. Satu nak g hunting, satu lagi baru balik nyirup kat rumah panjang. Inilah kalau dah palau, jalan lurus pun nampak bengkang bengkok.

Bini aku bising kat belakang suruh slow sikit. Aku buat derk je... Biasala....orang pompuan.

BANANA'S STORY

EAT BANANA DAILY AND BECOME STRONG DAY BY DAY.

Never, put your banana in the refrigerator!!! This is interesting. After reading this, you'll never look at a banana in the same way again . Bananas contain three natural sugars - sucrose, fructose and glucose combined with fiber. A banana gives an instant, sustained and substantial boost of energy.

Research has proven that just two bananas provide enough energy for a strenuous 90-minute workout. No wonder the banana is the number one fruit with the world's leading athletes. But energy isn't the only way a banana can help us keep fit. It can also help overcome or prevent a substantial number of illnesses and conditions, making it a must to add to our daily diet. Depression: According to a recent survey undertaken by MIND amongst people suffering from depression, many felt much better after eating a banana. This is because bananas contain tryptophan, a type of protein that the body converts into serotonin, known to make you relax, improve your mood and generally make you feel happier. PMS: Forget the pills - eat a banana. The vitamin B6 it contains regulates blood glucose levels, which can affect your mood. Anemia: High in iron, bananas can stimulate the production of hemoglobin in the blood and so helps in cases of anemia. Blood Pressure: This unique tropical fruit is extremely high in potassium yet low in salt, making it perfect to beat blood pressure. So much so, the US Food and Drug Administration has just allowed the banana industry to make official claims for the fruit's ability to reduce the risk of blood pressure and stroke.

Brain Power: 200 students at a Twickenham (Middlesex) school were helped through their exams this year by eating bananas at breakfast, break, and lunch in a bid to boost their brain power. Research has shown that the potassium-packed fruit can assist learning by making pupils more alert. Constipation: High in fiber, including bananas in the diet can help restore normal bowel action, helping to overcome the problem without resorting to laxatives. Hangovers: One of the quickest ways of curing a hangover is to make a banana milkshake, sweetened with honey. The banana calms the stomach and, with the help of the honey, builds up depleted blood sugar levels, while the milk soothes and re-hydrates your system. Heartburn: Bananas have a natural antacid effect in the body, so if you suffer from heartburn, try eating a banana for soothing relief.

Morning Sickness: Snacking on bananas between meals helps to keep blood sugar levels up and avoid morning sickness. Mosquito bites: Before reaching for the insect bite cream, try rubbing the affected area with the inside of a banana skin. Many people find it amazingly successful at reducing swelling and irritation. Nerves: Bananas are high in B vitamins that help calm the nervous system. Overweight and at work? Studies at the Institute of Psychology in Austria found pressure at work leads to gorging on comfort food like chocolate and crisps. Looking at 5,000 hospital patients, researchers found the most obese were more likely to be in high-pressure jobs. The report concluded that, to avoid panic-induced food cravings, we need to control our blood sugar levels by snacking on high carbohydrate foods every two hours to keep levels steady. Ulcers: The banana is used as the dietary food against intestinal disorders because of its soft texture and smoothness. It is the only raw fruit that can be eaten without distress in over-chronicler cases. It also neutralizes over-acidity and reduces irritation by coating the lining of the stomach. Temperature control: Many other cultures see bananas as a "cooling" fruit that can lower both the physical and emotional temperature of expectant mothers. In Thailand, for example, pregnant women eat bananas to ensure their baby is born with a cool temperature.

Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD): Bananas can help SAD sufferers because they contain the natural mood enhancer tryptophan. Smoking & Tobacco Use: Bananas can also help people trying to give up smoking. The B6, B12 they contain, as well as the potassiu! m and ma gnesium found in them, help the body recover from the effects of nicotine withdrawal. Stress: Potassium is a vital mineral, which helps normalize the heartbeat, sends oxygen to the brain and regulates your body's water balance. When we are stressed, our metabolic rate rises, thereby reducing our potassium levels. These can be rebalanced with the help of a high-potassium banana snack. Strokes: According to research in "The New England Journal of Medicine, 'eating bananas as part of a regular diet can cut the risk of death by strokes by as much as 40%! Warts: Those keen on natural alternatives swear that if you want to kill off a wart, take a piece of banana skin and place it on the wart, with the yellow side out. Carefully hold the skin in place with a plaster or surgical tape! So, a banana really is a natural remedy for many ills. When you compare it to an apple, it has four times the protein, twice the carbohydrate, three times the phosphorus, five times the vitamin A and iron, and twice the other vitamins and minerals. It is also rich in potassium and is one of the best value foods around So maybe its time to change that well-known phrase so that we say, "A banana a day keeps the doctor away!"

PS: Bananas must be the reason monkeys are so happy all the time! I will add one here; want a quick shine on our shoes?? Take the INSIDE of the banana skin, and rub directly on the shoe...polish with dry cloth. Amazing fruit.

Hope this is not the last... Now I have to work hard and try to catch up with u... Have to slow talk with my wife though, she said she want to have a rest...

Mandi Sungai

Sejak 2 menjak ni, bekalan AIR kat ladang kami memang problem. Hampir 2 minggu dah tak hujan. Jadi water tank semua dah kosong. Apa nak buat...... so satu petang tu aku bawak anak aku g mandi kat Sg Mapai (x jauh dr umah). Punyala.... seronok abang long dapat mandi sungai..... kat umah mana dapat nak berendam.... Cuma yg x berape nak bestnya, air sungai tu pun dh surut. Kemarau.... Kalau tiada perubahan bini aku dah sound dah, dia nak g basuh kain pulak... banyak kain x basuh lagi. Dalam hati aku berdoa, supaya Tuhan turunkan hujan kat sini.... Nak berhadas besar pun susah....
Inilah Sg Mapai!

Estate's Life

Baru2 ni kami kena pindah ke Mapai estet. Pemandangan di kawasan umah kami memang best n cantik sebab terletak kat atas puncak bukit. Pagi2 mesti penuh dgn kabus......beku kita dibuatnye.... Nak bangun pagi pun susah. Nasibla semangat kerja kuat kalau tak sambung balik mimpi.
Tapi, yang tak bestnye pasal bekalan air. Semua bekalan air umah kat situ (ada 12 buah semuanye) dibekalkan melalui air hujan. Kalau x hujan takde air la jawabnye. Dah terpaksa pakai water pump amek air kat sungai. Air sungai plak kalau nasib X baik macam air nescafe (susu lebih punye). Air nak minum mmg susah. Terpaksa pergi beli kat bandar tak pun g cilok air paip sekolah atau masjid.
Well..., that really tough for me... Tapi macamanapun it's still an interesting n valuable experience. Kalau orang tanya macamana duk estet? Aku jawab je, memang "best" :D....
